baja surfing - this is what you need to know

Surfing is a phenomenal sport that can literally be picked up by almost anyone at nearly any age. What started out as the sport of kings and was practiced mostly by men has exploded to include women and young girls in increasing numbers.

Some people swear by longboards for their entire surfing career, claiming that they are faster and simply more fun. The arms of the suit generally are thinner than the rest, allowing the freedom to paddle the board. What exactly is there to learn?

As the wave passes over you, push off with your feet and streamline your body. Longboards provide great flotation and stability, but they are called tankers because they can be harder to maneuver around the waves. Things you will definitely need to bring are a bathing suit, sun block, a towel, and water as it is easy to get dehydrated in the sun.

It also gives you time to check for any rips or where the best spot to catch waves is. If you want to improve then you need to be in the water surfing as much as you can.
